Covid has brought us all to a new way of thinking, working and socializing. By implementing government guidelines in our services, we not only comply with recommended standards, we assure you of our commitment to provide fun, easy to use, yet safe environment for your guests. Here are some of the ways in which we do that:

In both scenarios:

• The staff wears face masks, coverings or shields. 
• There is no hand to food contact whatsoever (never has been).
• All food contact is through scoops, utensils or napkins. 
• Individual spoons are placed in the bowls by the server and presented on the shelf or table for the guest to pick up. (No bulk self serve utensils.) 
• Sundae bars are no longer self serve. A staff person will place all the requested toppings and present the bowl to the guest. 
• Hand sanitizer is readily available to the guest. 

Mobile Van Service: 

• Guests can socially distance on sidewalk. (Most hosts use chalk to mark 6 ft. guides.)
• Sundae toppings and spoon are placed from within the van and presented to the guest on the shelf.

 Mobile Cart: 

•  All the above 
•  Sundae bars are managed by staff behind an acrylic barrier and left for the guest to grab on counter, shelf or tabletop.
•  Root Beer floats are managed like sundae bars, assembled by staff and presented on a counter, shelf or tabletop.

We now offer Pre-Packaged Options for our clients as well. 

Pre-Packaged:

• Pre-Order Scoops: Pre-ordered hand-scooped dessert in lidded bowls. Sugar cones served on the side, all delivered to your door.
• Party-in-Place Kits: Various size pre-packed pints and quarts with sundae topping and sugar cones, delivered to your door.
