Our service equipment:
  • Mobile Sidewalk Cart: serves 6 flavors and offers Indoor/outdoor service for a comfortable 175 guests per cart. Due to the weight and mechanics of the equipment, additional set up time is required. Multiple carts available for large guest parties. Our carts require more labor time in set up which is reflected in our quotes. [$1195 Minimum Service Fee*]
  • "Sweet Tooth" Service Van: Sweet Tooth is our newest van and reflects our commitment to a fun and memorable experience! She serves up to 8 flavors, and has more freezer space so, like "Que",  she is a great fit for larger groups (400+) but without the group size limitations. [$995 Minimum Service Fee*]
  • Tuxedo (Tux) Service Van: "Tux" serves 8 flavors and has less set up requirements, Due to limited set up needs, Tux offers a more budget friendly option, and comfortably serves 200 guests. [$995 Minimum Service Fee*]
  • "Q" Rescue Service Truck: Our newest service vehicle has more storage capacity, holds 8 flavors and can comfortably serve 400+ guests. [$1695 Minimum Service Fee*]
    • (Reserved for 175 guests or more). Set up fee is higher as our sweet "Que" moves a little slower on the road. :-)
Our standard hand-scooped "Essential Ice Cream Service" includes 2 scoops in a bowl or sugar cone, though we do offer single scoop service.

Single scoop Service is available.

Optional Services: Waffle Cones, Chocolate Chip Cookies (to build custom ice cream sandwiches -or - premade to your order), Three Topping Mini Sundae Bar, Full Sundae Topping Bar (7 Toppings), Root Beer Float/Italian Cooler Drink Station, Hot Cocoa Floats, Affogato's (Espresso Floats).

Delivery Service  offers chocolate -dipped ice cream bars, hand-built ice cream sandwiches and pre-scooped vegan and dairy flavors in bowls. Quoted based products and delivery area. 

Peak summer-season evenings (after 4 pm) have a weekend minimum service fee of $995 for 2026 peak season (not including staff gratuity or travel).
