We are committed to offering flavorful, high quality products.  Sensitive to all pallet types, we proudly offer products that are without corn syrup, artificial colors or sweeteners. We have flavors for just about every pallet and regional interest, but, don't hesitate to ask, because we can do custom flavors!

Mita's Italian Ice : A vegan, authentic east coast style Italian ice made with local fruits & berries freshly grown in  the Pacific Northwest. Mita's has no artificial colors, no gluten & never any corn syrup.  Mita's is real food, real fruit, & real creamy.

Mita's does not process any nut products in their equipment, though as a facility that shares their kitchen, nuts may have been processed in other companies products.

Most Tillamook flavors are gluten free with the exception of flavors that contain wheat based inclusions. All Tillamook ice creams are made in a facility that processes nuts.

"We enjoyed Pat and Mita's Italian Ice (the Mobile Scoop Shop) at our daughter's wedding June 20. Pat was fantastic to work with, her ice flavors are phenomenal and the 200 guests were serviced very well. It was a hot day and her ice stood up to the heat.
